Anderson Project Graduation 2025 FAQ

How do I RSVP?

You will receive an email in mid-May with a link to register through the Eventbrite platform. Only Anderson Class of 2025 graduating seniors should register. One registration per senior. Online registration closes on June 1st.

Do my parents need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Both you and your parent or guardian must sign a waiver to attend (even if you are 18). The waiver will be available through the Eventbrite registration link that will be sent out in mid-May.

What date and time does the event start?

The event will be held after the graduation ceremony on June 3. Check-in will take place between 11:30 pm – 12:00 am. No one will be allowed to enter after midnight. Seniors will not be permitted to leave until the conclusion of the event on June 4 at 5:00am.

Where is the event this year?

Project Graduation will be at the Shalom Austin Jewish Community Center located at 7300 Hart Lane, Austin, TX 78731.

There is a security gate at the entrance to the JCC. Where do I go from there?

There will be signage and volunteers to direct you once you’ve entered through the security gate. You will be dropped off and picked up in the same location.

Can I park at the JCC and just drive home in the morning?

No. Parking will not be available to our seniors. Please make arrangements to be dropped off before midnight and picked up promptly at 5am.

How much does it cost?

The event is FREE to all Anderson High School Class of 2025 graduating seniors.

What's the attire?

CASUAL! Come dressed comfortably and get ready to play games, relax, and have fun.

What should I bring with me?

Only bring your student ID and fully charged phone. We will have a First-Aid station for anyone needing medical attention. Bags are not permitted. Any bags brought to the event will be taken at check-in and marked with your name. They will be given back to you when you leave at 5 am. 

I am not sure I want to go. What activities will there be?

There will be A LOT of activities for everyone to enjoy. This will include lawn games, casino games, silent disco, airbrush artists, a magician, a hypnotist, movies, food/snacks, inflatables, and various games with chances to win prizes.

Will there be prizes?

Yes! We will be raffling off multiple “grand prizes” during the event. You will choose which prize you’d like a chance to win when you register through Eventbrite.

How do I know if I’ve won a prize?

You must be present to win. Prize winners will be announced through our instagram account throughout the night, so make sure you follow us! @ahs_projectgrad_2025

As a parent, how do I sign up to help?

WE CANNOT DO THIS WITHOUT PARENT SUPPORT! Please consider taking a shift. Sign up HERE! Thank you.

I work at the JCC. Will my key fob work that night?

No. It will not.

Can we walk around to all parts of the community center?

No, the event will only be in certain areas that will be clearly marked. Our event will be in the main courtyard, the community hall, the outside terrace, and in the gym. We will provide a map for you and maps will also be displayed at the event.

Will there be food?

Yes, we will have lots of snacks, soft drinks, and water for you to enjoy.

Will there be a gluten-free/nut-free/vegetarian/vegan option?

Yes, we will have labeled food alternatives for GF, nut-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

My boyfriend/girlfriend/partner is a junior, sophomore or freshman. Can they attend?

No. Project Graduation is for Class of 2025 Anderson graduating seniors only.
